The Learning Support Centre was placed at Ysgol Hendrefelin, Bryncoch site in September 2008 and it occupies a suite of rooms at the rear of the school and adjacent to the school garden.  It is designed to meet the needs of primary children with long term and complex social, emotional or behavioural difficulties and it currently has seven planned places.

It is recognised that pupils attending the Centre may have additional needs such as cognitive difficulties or autistic spectrum disorder but every child will have their own individual education plan (IEP’s) and the staff are skilled and experienced enough to develop a range of bespoke interventions to help their pupils.
